**Property Sourcing Specialist.**
**The Role**
This position is focused specifically on property acquisition.
Your main responsibility will be to identify apartments and properties available for sale and introduce qualified opportunities to Harob & Co.
Once a property is introduced, our team manages the marketing, investor communication, negotiations, sales process, and closing.
**Key Responsibilities**
\* Identify apartments and properties available for sale
\* Source properties directly from owners, developers, and local networks
\* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
\* Identify off-market and exclusive property opportunities
\* Collect accurate property information, including location, asking price, specifications, and owner details
\* Present qualified property opportunities to the Harob & Co. team
\* Maintain professional communication with property owners
\* Continuously develop and expand your network of property owners and local contacts
**What are we looking for**
\* Currently living in Albania — applications from candidates living abroad will not be considered
\* High-level Albanian and English communication skills
\* Good understanding of the Albanian real estate market
\* A real estate license, or willingness to obtain one
\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\* Professional and confident communication with property owners
\* Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
\* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
\* Ability to work independently and develop your own network
\* Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or property sourcing is an advantage
\* Availability to attend our office for property showings, client meetings, and team meetings when required
**Compensation**
This is a performance-based referral partnership with no fixed salary.
Our partners earn the highest commission in the Albanian market, on every successful property opportunities introduced to Harob & Co. and completed through our network.
There is no limit to the number of properties or opportunities you can source. Your earning potential is directly connected to the number and quality of successful opportunities you bring to the company.
