We are looking for a precise and process-oriented
**Order Entry & Quotations Specialist**
to handle order processing and quotation support for the lighting and electrical building industry. In this role, your primary focus will be accurately entering sales orders, purchase orders, and pricing data into
**NetSuite**
, while liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
This is a high-accuracy, administrative-focused role ideal for someone who has a strong grasp of commercial order entry processes, basic knowledge of the product lines, and high proficiency in NetSuite.
**MUST BE LOCATED IN MACEDONIA!**
- **Working Hours:**
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- **Working Conditions:**
Hybrid or Remote
**Key Responsibilities**
- **NetSuite Order Entry:**
Accurately enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, backorders, and project revisions into
**NetSuite**
in a timely manner.
- **Quote Input & Pricing Verification:**
Assist in inputting product codes, quantities, and negotiated supplier pricing to generate accurate project quotations.
- **Supplier & Order Tracking:**
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order receipts, verify lead times, monitor delivery status, and resolve order discrepancies.
- **Database Maintenance:**
Keep NetSuite updated with accurate vendor pricing sheets, SKU info, inventory status, and order status notes.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration:**
Work closely with the sales, estimating, and logistics teams to confirm order accuracy before final submission.
**Qualifications**
- **NetSuite Experience:**
Direct experience with
**NetSuite**
(or similar ERP systems) specifically for order entry, sales orders, or purchase order management.
- **Industry Experience:**
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or purchasing within the lighting, electrical supply, or construction materials sector.
- **Product Familiarity:**
Basic understanding of lighting products and electrical terminology to ensure correct SKU and part number entry.
- **Attention to Detail:**
Exceptional numerical accuracy, thoroughness, and ability to catch errors in part numbers, pricing, and quantities.
- **Communication Skills:**
Solid English communication skills (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
