The Real Estate Agent will prospect and follow up with clients, conduct property viewings, and guide buyers, sellers, and renters through every step of the transaction. Day-to-day tasks include listing properties, preparing marketing materials, managing inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating with lenders, notaries, and other stakeholders. The role also involves staying informed about local market trends, property values, and regulations to provide accurate advice. The agent will maintain detailed records in the company’s systems and collaborate closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client experiences. **Qualifications** - Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices. - Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing deals. - Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting measurable goals. - Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship building. - Strong local market awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail in documentation and contracts. - Ability to work on-site in Tirana, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and listings simultaneously. - Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems; prior experience in a real estate agency environment is an advantage. - High ethical standards, professional demeanor, and fluency in Albanian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
