Sales Manager (B2B Outbound & Account/Team Management)

Full-time, Mon–Fri, 15:00–23:00

**About the Role**

Agency Y seeks an experienced Sales Manager to close warm B2B leads and manage client projects. We provide warm leads, training, and a dialer for US/Canadian outreach.

**Responsibilities**

- Follow up with warm leads via email/call, schedule online meetings, and close deals.
- Onboard clients, create scripts, train/role-play with cold calling agents, and monitor progress.
- Send daily client updates and ensure satisfaction for repeat orders/recurring commission.
- Grow into managing 6+ agents; later assist with hiring/interviews.

**Requirements**

- Excellent English verbal/written communication.
- 5+ years outbound B2B cold calling in foreign markets (outside Macedonia).
- 3+ years closing B2B deals.
- Strong internet connection.
- Team management experience is a plus.

**KPI**

- Minimum 5% conversion rate (1 of 20 warm leads).
