This position is responsible for driving collection strategies, reducing aged receivables, mitigating credit risk, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve complex payment disputes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a customer-focused approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment .This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional who enjoys improving processes, influencing business decisions, and achieving operational excellence **.** **What You'll Be Doing:** - Manage a portfolio of strategic customer and reseller partner accounts to maximize cash collections and reduce aging balances. - Perform proactive outreach to customers regarding past-due invoices and payment commitments. - Analyse accounts receivable trends, aging reports, disputes, and collection metrics to identify risks and opportunities. - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Revenue Operations, and Legal, and teams to resolve complex customer issues impacting payment. - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment disputes. - Develop and maintain collection strategies for high-risk and escalated accounts. - Prepare and present aging analyses, collection forecasts, and portfolio performance updates to management. - Monitor customer payment behaviour and recommend actions to mitigate credit and collection risks. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending automation and workflow enhancements. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable. - Document collection activities and maintain accurate customer account records within company systems. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior collections team members as needed. - Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. **Experience:** - **2-3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections experie** nce, preferably in a global organization. Prefer Business to Business collection experience. - Demonstrated experience managing complex customer portfolios and resolving escalated collection issues. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis. - Experience developing collection reporting, metrics, and performance dashboards. - SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based business experience strongly preferred. - Experience with ERP and CRM systems such **as NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce.** com, or similar platforms. - Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and accounts receivable best practices. - Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Knowledge of credit risk assessment and customer financial analysis. - Experience supporting transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives. - Familiarity with collections and accounts receivable KPI reporting.
