As part of our continued growth, Go Shipping is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales Department in Tirana.
The successful candidate will combine strong knowledge of the local market with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
**Your role will include:**
- Identifying and approaching prospective B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Managing the sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development and commercial follow-up.
- Monitoring market developments, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Working closely with our operational teams to develop reliable, competitive transport solutions.
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and the expansion of Go Shipping’s market share.
**What we are looking for:**
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within freight forwarding, transport or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and an established professional network.
- A proven ability to develop new business and manage customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Albanian.
