Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of Social Media in a successful, fast-growing global start-up? **Location:** Remote **Salary Range:** Flexible **Key Responsibilities** **Organic Social Media** - Own and manage Native Teams' social media end-to-end, including strategy, content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management, performance optimization, channel growth, trend research, stakeholder collaboration, webinar/event support, PR amplification, and brand alignment. Review and approve all social content before publishing. - Primary channels: LinkedIn, Instagram. Secondary: Facebook, X, TikTok. **Paid Social** - Manage LinkedIn and Instagram awareness campaigns by boosting organic content, optimizing performance, tracking results, and managing the budget. **YouTube** - Support channel growth through content strategy (low priority), publishing, and performance analysis. **Global Nutcracker Podcast** - Oversee episode review, publishing, promotion across social channels, and performance tracking. **Thought Leadership** - Lead executive content strategy, including topic ideation, writing support, creative briefs, stakeholder coordination, content review, and publishing support. **LinkedIn Newsletter** - Contribute to content, support publishing, monitor performance, and recommend improvements. **Reporting & Analytics** - Produce monthly reports covering social media performance, KPI tracking, insights, recommendations, executive presentations, and Share of Search/Share of Voice analysis. **Cross-Functional & Operational Support** - Track monthly social media expenses, ensure brand consistency, provide creative direction, coordinate with Design, Video, Brand, PR, Product, and Marketing teams, manage freelancers when needed, and support reactive communications. **Requirements** - 5+ years in social media management, 2+ years at senior level, with proven end-to-end social media strategy and execution. - B2B experience in SaaS, HR-tech, EOR/PEO, global payroll, or remote work industries, with the ability to translate complex topics (employment law, payroll, tax, contractor compliance, global workforce) into engaging and credible content. - Proven experience managing organic and paid social media across LinkedIn and Instagram, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for campaign optimisation, budget management, and performance reporting. - Ability to develop and execute executive thought leadership strategies, including topic ideation, ghostwriting support, creative briefing, and stakeholder management. - Analytics and competitive intelligence skills, including monthly KPI reporting and Share of Search/Share of Voice tracking against direct EOR/global employment competitors - Strong content strategy and editorial judgment, with experience planning, creating, reviewing, and approving content across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency. - Strong prioritization and stakeholder management - able to protect focus on primary channels while running point across Design, Video, Brand, PR, Product, Marketing, and freelancers, with minimal oversight - Experience supporting webinars, events, product launches, and PR initiatives through social media amplification. - Comfortable managing budgets, tracking monthly social media expenses, and overseeing external tools and vendors where required. - Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision. **Benefits** - Dynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup - Ability to influence the next stages of our growth - Flexible work environment - Competitive salary - Experience working in the ever-changing world of fintech - Opportunities for professional and personal growth - Additional employee benefits Join our team at Native Teams, a fast-growing global start-up.
