Service Engineer (Solar PV Operation & Maintenance)

⚡ Service Engineer – Solar PV Systems | Full-time | Field-based across North Macedonia (Tetovo, Shtip, Veles, Sveti Nikole) | Skopje Office Support Build the future of renewable energy with us! This role combines field work at solar power plants across North Macedonia with occasional administrative and reporting activities in our Skopje office. What You Will Do 🔹 Perform operation and maintenance (O&M) activities on utility-scale solar PV plants 🔹 Troubleshoot and diagnose faults on inverters, DC/AC systems, and protection equipment 🔹 Support communication systems including SCADA, loggers, monitoring platforms, and MODBUS networks 🔹 Work with LAN and fiber optic communication infrastructure 🔹 Conduct inspections, measurements, and technical reporting 🔹 Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions 🔹 Use digital tools for field reports, photo documentation, and maintenance checklists What We Are Looking For ✔ Degree in Electrical Engineering or strong practical technical experience ✔ Experience in electrical troubleshooting and field service activities ✔ Good knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and measurements ✔ Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation ✔ Experience with solar PV systems, SCADA, inverters, or MODBUS communication is considered a strong advantage ✔ Fluency in Macedonian and English ✔ Valid Category B driver's license What We Offer ✅ Stable full-time employment ✅ Competitive salary with performance bonuses ✅ International renewable energy projects ✅ Professional training and career development opportunities ✅ Modern tools, equipment, and digital solutions ✅ Dynamic work environment with real impact on the energy transition Join us and help power a more sustainable future.
