This role is responsible for overseeing civil engineering aspects of steel structure projects, including site planning, layout, and coordination with design and construction teams. Daily tasks include reviewing engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, monitoring construction progress, and addressing technical issues on site. The Site Civil Engineer collaborates closely with project managers, structural engineers, contractors, and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, supporting quality assurance processes, and participating in site meetings to communicate project status and resolve operational challenges. **Qualifications** - Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to steel structure projects. - Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction sites, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors. - Proficiency in Planning for site development, project schedules, and resource allocation. - Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure design and compliance requirements. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. - Familiarity with relevant European building codes, standards, and safety regulations. - Competence in using engineering and CAD software for drawings review and basic design tasks. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively on active construction sites. - Ability to travel to project locations within North Macedonia and potentially other European countries, as required.
