Solution Architect

**We are looking for Solution Architect to join our team.** Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations. A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient. **What your key responsibilities will be:** ·         Design business solutions, system integrations, identify design patterns with emphasis on reuse, scalability, performance, availability, and security. ·         Propose application modernization solutions, application lifecycle management efficiencies and continuous improvements by identifying gaps in existing deployment and L3 production issues. ·         Understand overall Business and IT priorities to identify low code tooling opportunities and improving DevOps processes. ·         Collaborate with development, Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of the solutions. ·         Assist with Incident Response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution. ·         Collaborate with Enterprise Architect for design reviews methodologies, and best practices. ·         Maintain architecture diagram and ensure they accurately reflect the current state of solution. **Skills and experience we expect from you:** ·         University Degree or equivalent (Computer Science, Engineering or Business IT studies would be a plus) ·         Experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of application systems based on .NET Framework, IIS, Windows & WCF Services, Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services ·         Experience with architecting full-stack IT modernization strategies with focus on resilience, reliability, performance, and high availability. ·         Experience in application integration (Webservices, APIs, queues, batches, etc) ·         Strong experience on Azure cloud services, with an emphasis on following services: o    SQL Databases o    VMs o    API Management o    Application Gateway / Azure Frontdoor o    General Azure networking and security ·         Experience with following services is desired and considered as a plus o    Kubernetes on Azure o    Azure containerization o    Azure data services like: Databricks, Purview, Synapse, etc ·         Experience with CI/CD tooling and / or Azure DevOps is desired and considered as a plus ·         Open to gain knowledge and work with DevOps methodologies and Public Cloud services, like Microsoft Azure; any previous experience would be an advantage. ·         Previous experience in financial sector is a plus ·         Azure certifications are a plus ·         Fluency in English language (spoken and written) ·         Availability to travel **What we offer:** ·        A substantial degree of flexibility, allowing for an autonomous approach to performing duties ·        Challenging and varied work ·        Flat management structure ·        Long-term prospects with plenty of opportunities for development and growth ·        Excellent team-oriented and international working environment ·        Travel possibilities ·        Private health insurance ·        Hybrid model of working Burimi: https://quipu.wd103.myworkdayjobs.com/external/job/Solution-Architect_JR257-1
