We’ve grown to approximately 50 employees over the past 3 years and are constantly pushing the boundaries to accelerate our growth even further! **About The Role** We're continuing the build-up of our Student Assistant Team and are looking for new Assistants to join us (part-time) to support our Sales Department in identifying, analyzing and contacting potential client companies. This role is ideal for students who want flexible work alongside their studies, and are interested in sales and overall business development. **Key Tasks** - Research and identify potential client companies from our target markets via various sources such as job ads, different CRM platforms, etc. - Collect, verify, and structure client data (industry, size, location, relevant contacts, etc.) and prepare daily contact lists for yourself or our Sales Managers - Contact prospective client companies daily via primarily cold calling, and secondly via manual outreach (emailing) - Ensure all outreach work is registered in our Sales CRM tool for oversight and transparency - Main objective: Book meetings in with interested prospects on behalf of our C-level Management and enhance our sales pipeline further **Main Requirements** - Not a must, but good if you’re currently enrolled as a university student (BA or MA level) - Availability for part-time work (up to 4-5 hours per day) - Openness to spend most of your time cold calling companies - Solid English communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong research and organizational skills - Proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and further enhance your capabilities **What We Offer** Below are some selected benefits of joining us: - Super positive team environment and cross-team collaboration in an international company with top international clients - Social gatherings/events from our Skopje hub - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology - Free daily snacks, beverages and parking from our brand new Skopje-offices at East Gate Mall - Last but not least – the opportunity to join us on full-time terms provided that you show strong results with us during this part-time engagement!
