The Supply Chain Manager will analyze demand patterns, manage inventory levels, and oversee supply management activities to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing forecasts, monitoring stock levels, coordinating procurement activities, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve service. The role also involves collaborating with client stakeholders to implement best practices, track performance metrics, and support technology-enabled supply chain solutions. The person in this role will prepare clear reports, provide recommendations, and help clients achieve rapid, sustainable improvements in their supply chain operations. **Qualifications** - Must have experience with PCBAs, Custom metals fabrication (CNC, FAB), Plastics/Moldings - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to work core hours in the Eastern Time zone, while also flexing to meet with vendors and partners in Asia as needed - Fully remote role — comfortable working from a home office while thinking and operating globally - Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, including the ability to interpret data and anticipate customer needs - Advanced analytical skills for evaluating supply chain performance, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions - Proficiency in inventory management, with the ability to balance stock levels, minimize shortages, and reduce excess inventory - Experience with supply chain or ERP software, spreadsheets, and AI tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, client-facing environment - Ability to work independently, manage multiple client priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail **Ready to help small businesses build smarter, leaner, more resilient supply chains?
