**About The Role**
The role supports our business by managing the end-to-end recruitment for our hiring in our Skopje location, whilst ensuring adherence to employment legislation and internal governance policies within Macedonia, thereby mitigating legal risks and maintaining uninterrupted business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Collaboration**
: Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- **Sourcing & Outreach**
: Actively source candidates via direct search, online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- **Employer Branding**
: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer, including job fairs and recruitment events.
- **Job Design & Advertising**
: Create tailored job descriptions and engaging ads aligned with role requirements and company tone.
- **Selection Process**
: Plan and conduct structured interviews, screening calls, and assessments using modern techniques.
- **Candidate Experience**
: Ensure a smooth and engaging journey for candidates throughout all recruitment stages.
- **Pipeline Management**
: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- **Data & Insights**
: Provide regular updates and analytics on sourcing efforts, pipelines, and hiring progress.
- **Continuous Improvement**
: Contribute to refining sourcing strategies and strengthening employer brand positioning.
- **Forecasting**
: Project quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- **Relationship Building**
: Maintain long-term connections with past applicants and potential future candidates
**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Fluent English both written and verbal
- Experience in Talent acquisition including proactive sourcing and driving high volume or continuous recruitment campaigns
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in data analysis
