To cover the region of Albania, North Macedonia and Kosovo, we are looking for a: **TECHNICAL PASTRY DEMONSTRATOR** The ideal candidate is an experienced pastry professional with strong hands-on production skills and a natural ability to communicate, demonstrate, and engage with professional audiences. The role requires a confident, outgoing personality, comfortable leading live demonstrations and representing a premium Italian brand in front of clients. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver technical demonstrations in pastry and gelato, showcasing the company's products in professional environments. - Act as the main technical and brand reference for Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo, with primary focus on the Albanian market. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients (pastry shops, gelaterias, hotels, distributors, and artisan producers). - Provide on-site technical support, recipe development, and product application guidance. - Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding market presence. - Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time), with remaining 20% remote/home-based work. - Participate in onboarding and technical training sessions in Italy, and travel to Italy when required to support key projects or accompany visiting clients. **Key Requirements:** - **Proven professional experience in pastry production is essential** (artisan, industrial, or high-end professional environments). - Gelato experience is a plus but not essential (training will be provided). - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging live demonstrations and professional training sessions. - Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams. - Good knowledge of the Albanian pastry market; an existing network of professional contacts is considered a strong advantage. - **Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 80%)** mainly across Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo, but also internationally. - Availability to travel to Italy for onboarding and technical training. - **Fluency in Albanian** + **English or Italian** . **What We Offer:** - Opportunity to represent a premium Italian brand in a growing regional market. - High level of autonomy with significant field-based activity. - Full onboarding and technical training in Italy. - Travel allowance and coverage of business-related expenses. - Competitive salary aligned with experience and market knowledge. **Location:** Albania **Working Hours:** Full-time *Lavoropiù SpA - Aut.
