Tooling Engineer

**Role Description**
This full-time, on-site Tooling Engineer role at Nubia International | نوبيا إنترناشونال is based in Albania. The Tooling Engineer will design, develop, and optimize tooling solutions to support manufacturing operations, with a focus on precision, durability, and cost-efficiency. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating technical drawings, collaborating with manufacturing and production teams to refine tooling concepts, and overseeing tooling fabrication, testing, and validation. The role involves troubleshooting tooling-related issues on the shop floor, implementing improvements to support injection molding processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Tooling Engineer will also document specifications, maintain tooling records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing functions.

**Qualifications**


- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tooling Design and Manufacturing Engineering for developing, optimizing, and supporting production tooling.
- Candidates should possess experience in Injection Molding and related manufacturing processes to ensure effective tooling performance and quality outcomes.
- Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Engineering knowledge to analyze designs, perform basic calculations, and support robust engineering solutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed models, drawings, and documentation of tooling components.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
