Truck Fleet Manager We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Fleet Manager preferably from Romania or Bulgaria to join our growing team. Role is fully remote Key Responsibilities Sourcing and procuring reliable trucking companies and owner-operators. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with hauliers. Negotiating rates and transport agreements. Ensuring sufficient truck capacity for customer requirements. Monitoring market conditions and identifying new business opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in truck procurement / haulier management is essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluent English (spoken and written). Fluency in the local language. Valid driving licence and own car as the position requires often traveling Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
