**Role Description**

This is a full-time role, based in Tirana, Albania, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be in charge of managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will conduct market research, craft sales strategies, and build long-lasting partnerships with new and existing clients. Additionally, they will ensure client satisfaction by providing regular updates, addressing client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to business challenges.

- **Position & Schedule:**
Full-time Account Executive | Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 | Smart working with a vision to transition on-site.
- **Role Overview:**
Manage and support relationships with clients and agency partners, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and a positive client experience in the tourism industry
- **Key Responsibilities:**
Act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate service delivery, support international partnerships, collaborate with marketing and destination teams, and handle client requests and complaints through resolution
- **Growth & Sales Support:**
Assist in developing customized offers and packages, attract new clients, and increase engagement with existing customers through ongoing communication
- **Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields; experience in customer service, sales, or account support (tourism experience is a plus); strong communication and organizational skills; fluent English (second language is an advantage); ability to work independently in a remote environment
