**Role Description**
This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Executive located in Tirana, Albania. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, preparing sales presentations, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in growing accounts, managing client needs, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
**Qualifications**
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal-closing expertise
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills with the ability to ensure client satisfaction
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools related to account management
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in event planning, customer engagement, or hospitality is a plus
