As an Account Specialist, you are responsible for managing and supporting active Revenued Flex Line clients and serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. The goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience while maximizing engagement, utilization, and long-term client value.


**Work Hours: Monday–Frida**
**y | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM**
**This role requires in-person attendance**
**Job Duties And Responsibilities**

- Act as the dedicated account specialist for funded Flex Line clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Assist customers with draw requests, payment inquiries, and general account servicing needs
- Work closely with underwriting to facilitate line increases, re-evaluations, and additional funding requests
- Communicate and collaborate with partner ISOs as needed regarding account management items, updates, and client support Collect and review required documentation (e.g., additional bank statements, financials) to support underwriting decisions
- Partner with underwriting to gather pertinent business insights, including updates related to banking activity and operational changes
- Conduct proactive account check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional funding
- Re-engage customers who have approved but unused Flex Line accounts, driving initial utilization and adoption of the product
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and provide additional capital solutions aligned with the customer’s needs
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

- Increase draw utilization and repeat usage across the Flex Line portfolio
- Support underwriting with accurate, timely information to drive informed decisions
- Strengthen client relationships to improve retention and lifetime value

**Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

- C1 English level proficiency and fluency.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Finance is preferred.
- Strong phone sales skills, along with analytical thinking, are a must.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to do math

- Being able to multitask, handling multiple clients/files simultaneously
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to enthusiastically represent the company and its service.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a reasonable amount of time. Reliable and trustworthy.
- Fast learner and can think quickly on their feet
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
