**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
**Accountant**
responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing balance sheets, managing statutory registrations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Handle company registrations, tax registrations ,and regulatory filings.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA/CPA/ACCA (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Financa 5, Navision).
