**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Skopje. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, maintaining records of fixed assets, and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial best practices. The role also involves analyzing financial data for decision-making, assisting with budgeting processes, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and maintaining financial accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and provide strategic insights
- Experience in handling journal entries and managing general accounting tasks
- Knowledge and experience in finance and fixed asset management
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is a plus
- Prior experience in a managerial accounting role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
