Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an
**Accountant Specialist**
responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting principles
**(IFRS, Italian Accounting Standards)**
, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and performing simple account reconciliations.


**What you'll do:**

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations;
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, Italian Accounting Standards), fiscal regulations and company policies;
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities;
- Manage accounts payable or accounts receivable processes;
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes;
- Utilize financial software such as SAP, or other Business systems for reporting purposes;
- Other accounting/compliance activities requested by the Associate Manager.

**What you'll bring:**

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, or similar ERP systems);
- Proficiency in international accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standard;
- Good Command of Italian language.
