**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist position located in Himara. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.

Foreign Candidates should have a regular work permit and be based in Albania.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle telephone systems efficiently
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and general Clerical Skills
- Demonstrated Communication skills, including clear and professional verbal and written interaction
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or property management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and local languages, is an advantage
- Prior hospitality experience at list 2 years is require
