**Job Description**

As an
**Ad Ops & Help Desk Support,**
you will provide Tier 1 technical assistance, manage daily operational processes for Meta and Google campaigns, execute QA checks, and ensure smooth campaign delivery. You'll support internal and external teams by troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and maintaining precise AdOps execution.

**Your Daily Tasks**

HelpDesk / Frontline Support

- Monitor and respond to HelpDesk tickets, emails, and chats within SLA
- Investigate Tier 1 issues such as access, setup, and navigation
- Apply decision trees for proper triaging and escalation
- Collaborate with Operations, Solutions/Engineering, and Customer Success

Ad Operations (AdOps)

- Set up and schedule campaigns based on briefs
- Conduct QA checks (budgets, targeting, creatives, URLs, dates)
- Monitor pacing and performance daily
- Troubleshoot delivery issues
- Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
- Manage offsite AdOps tasks such as account linking and product set refreshes

Platform & System Support

- Create and configure networks, advertisers, wallets, and accounts
- Upload and QA campaign data and plan reports
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal tools
- Support backend tasks for Meta/Google/YouTube

Collaboration

- Work closely with EMEA and US Operations teams
- Communicate effectively across time zones
- Provide input to improve processes and documentation

**The Qualifications We Seek**

Experience

- **2-4 years in digital advertising operations, SaaS support, or frontline technical support**
- Hands-on experience running or supporting online ads
**(Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads)**
- **Experience handling ticketing queues with SLAs**
- Understanding of how online ads work (budgets, audiences, bidding, delivery)
- Daily campaign monitoring and pacing analysis
- Troubleshooting campaign delivery issues
- QA checks before campaign launch
- **Familiarity with advertising metrics**
(CTR, spend, placements, reporting)

Skills & Competencies

- Strong English communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy
- Proactive and solution-focused; checks documentation before escalating
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously

System Knowledge

- **Required: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads**
- Highly Desired: J
**ira, Confluence, Slack, HubSpot, retail media tools, or multi-channel ad serving platforms**

**Job Overview**

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off
