**Role Overview**

We are looking for a skilled
**AEM Front-End Developer**
to develop high-quality front-end components and portal experiences based on
**Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)**
. The role focuses on performance, UX quality, and
**WCAG-compliant accessibility**
, working closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to deliver robust and accessible digital portals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain
**front-end components, features, and pages**
within Adobe Experience Manager.
- Implement
**responsive user interfaces**
, reusable components, and integrate front-end layers with backend APIs.
- Ensure
**cross-browser compatibility**
and perform front-end optimization for performance and scalability.
- Apply
**accessibility best practices**
during development, including implementation and testing.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Tech Leads, and backend developers to ensure design and functional alignment.
- Contribute to build and deployment processes through
**CI/CD pipelines**
.
- Support continuous improvement of code quality, maintainability, and accessibility compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in
**JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**
, with deep knowledge of modern UI patterns.
- Advanced experience with
**React.js and/or Angular**
.
- Proven experience with
**AEM front-end development**
, including components and templates.
- Familiarity with
**build tools and workflows**
, such as npm, webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid experience implementing
**accessible front-end solutions**
, including ARIA attributes, semantic HTML, and keyboard navigation.
- Strong knowledge of
**WCAG standards**
and hands-on experience with accessibility testing.
- Ability to deliver performant, maintainable, and
**developer-quality front-end code**
.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Certifications**

- **JavaScript / Front-End Developer Certification**
(Google, W3C, or Microsoft).
- **React.js and/or Angular Advanced Developer Certification**
