Amazon Inventory Planner

We’re looking for a data-driven Amazon Inventory Planner responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet sales demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence. This role will focus on the Wholesale and Amazon businesses, supporting seasonal assortments, forecasting, replenishment, and order execution. The ideal candidate is an advanced Excel user with experience handling large SKU counts, multiple categories, and complex data sets.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts for Wholesale and Amazon 1P channels.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Production to align demand and supply plans.
- Monitor sell-through performance, open-to-buy, and weeks-of-supply metrics.
- Manage Vendor Central inventory forecasts, replenishment orders (POs), and chargeback prevention.
- Analyze Amazon’s demand signals.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure product availability and optimize Buy Box performance.
- Ensure timely allocation of product to wholesale orders and replenishments.
- Communicate potential delays, shortages, or overstock situations to internal teams and customers.
- Create and maintain detailed inventory tracking tools, dashboards, and KPI reports.
- Use Excel and/or BI tools to analyze historical trends, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Present key insights to management on inventory health, aging, and replenishment needs.

**Required Skills**

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Experience in inventory planning, allocation, or demand planning - preferably in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling).
- Proven experience managing large SKU assortments across multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and wholesale order management systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/planning systems, BI tools, and understanding of apparel lifecycles, seasonal planning, and replenishment models is preferred but not essential.
