We’re searching for a
**Project Manager II – Technical Delivery**
to join our
**R&D / Technical Delivery**
team, so that we can ensure complex, cross-functional technical initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned to our long-term strategic goals. The Project Manager II will own end-to-end technical program delivery—from scoping and requirements gathering through execution and release—translating high-level business and engineering objectives into actionable, results-driven plans that improve healthcare outcomes worldwide.


How You’ll Spend Your Time



- Driving adaptive prioritization and resource planning to maintain delivery continuity amid evolving engineering priorities
- Applying structured execution frameworks in order to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency across technical rollouts
- Engaging stakeholders across business and engineering teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaborative delivery
- Conducting systematic risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard program outcomes
- Gathering and documenting technical requirements to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having



- 3–5 years of experience in Program or Project Management within a technical environment
- Proven success in delivering cross-functional technical initiatives from requirements gathering through release
- In-depth knowledge of adaptive planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and structured program methodologies
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 (desirable)
- Sincere interest in improving healthcare safety and transforming care delivery through technology
- A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional, global teams while leading through influence and expertise
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (Master’s degree, PMP, or Prince2 certification beneficial)
