**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a CDL Recruiter specializing in flatbed drivers. The CDL Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to qualified candidates, conducting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with prospective drivers. The role also entails maintaining candidate pipelines, building relationships with prospects, and ensuring compliance with hiring directives and regulations.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of CDL industry requirements and regulations, specifically for flatbed operations
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and maintaining organized candidate records
- Must have Previous experience in USA logistics and transportation industry
