**What You'll Do:**
🎨 Create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal content.
🖥️ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for email campaigns and social media.
📂Experience designing email marketing campaigns (layouts, visuals, and basic best practices for email design.
📐 Apply solid principles of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
🧩 Handle multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
📈 Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy.
💬 Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
**Skills Required:**
🎓 Completed education in Graphic Design or a related field.
🖌️Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (including Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
📁 Familiarity with admin panels for content management.
🔤 Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
⏱️ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
📊 Proficiency in organizational tools like Trello and Slack.
🤝 Team-oriented with good collaboration and communication skills.
🗣️ Strong command of English (spoken and written).
🧠 Schedule: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm (flexibility to adapt to the needs of a U.S. market and time zones)
**Preferred (Not Required):**
💡 Experience with design automation.
🌍 Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
📨 Experience designing for email marketing campaigns.
