**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in Kumanovo. The primary responsibilities of the Collections Specialist include managing debt collection activities, ensuring timely cash collection, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves communicating with clients to resolve outstanding payments and collaborating with the finance team to address account discrepancies.


**Qualifications**


- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge or experience in Finance is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in the factoring industry is a plus
