**👩💻👨💻About You**

We are looking for an
**Application Support Specialist**
to join our
**Application Management Services (AMS)**
team, providing operational support and maintenance for the
**NOW system**
across production and test environments.

🔧
**Key Responsibilities**

- Act as the
**customer interface**
for issues related to the
**NOW system**
- Manage and support
**Cautelary Management processes**
and related
**OL-to-OLO rejection flows**
- Collaborate with
**development and engineering teams**
to analyze and resolve malfunctions originating from
**production or testing environments**
- Provide
**assistance and maintenance**
for core application processes across platforms
- Analyze, manage, and resolve
**tickets raised through Remedy**
, in line with defined SLAs
- Perform
**qualitative and quantitative data analysis and data cleansing**
- Contribute to root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Strong knowledge of
**SQL**
for data analysis, troubleshooting, and data remediation
- Experience in
**application support / AMS environments**
- Familiarity with
**production, test, and acceptance environments**
- Understanding of complex business processes and system integrations

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience with the
**NOW system**
or similar enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of
**OL / OLO process flows**
- Experience with
**ITSM tools**
such as
**Remedy**
- Background in telecom or regulated environments
