We are looking for an
**Application Monitoring & Support Specialist**
to join our team, responsible for daily monitoring, first-level analysis, and production support for
**PEGA-based applications**
.

🔧
**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform
**routine monitoring activities**
for
**PEGA PDC**
,
**DBCOPIA**
, and
**Adapter components**
- Manage and analyze
**support tickets with 1st level analysis**
using
**Agile Studio**
- Identify, analyze, and escalate incidents according to defined support procedures
- Support
**PEGA production installations and deployments**
- Ensure system availability and promptly detect anomalies in production environments
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for incident resolution and deployment activities

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Experience in
**application monitoring and support**
roles
- Familiarity with
**PEGA environments**
, including PDC (Predictive Diagnostic Cloud)
- Basic experience with
**ticketing and incident management tools**
- Understanding of production environments and operational processes

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Hands-on experience with
**PEGA Agile Studio**
- Knowledge of
**DBCOPIA and Adapter components**
- Familiarity with
**AMS / ITIL processes**
- Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical systems
