Architect

**Job Description:**

We are seeking talented Architects to join our growing team. In this role, you will be part of an Architecture & Engineering department that produces high-quality construction documentation, 3D models, renderings, and specifications.

Working closely with Project Managers and our New York office, you will contribute to all project phases — from early design and presentations through to the construction phase. **Responsibilities**

- Participate in the development of production drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications from construction documentation.
- Develop designs in line with client requirements, project specifications, and goals.
- Create and refine 3D models and renderings.
- Collaborate closely with New York office staff and project teams.
- Work with Project Managers and Project Architects to prepare presentations and produce documentation through all phases of construction.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD proficiently to deliver accurate and detailed drawings

**Qualifications:**

- Degree in Architecture (required).
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong design, technical, computer, and graphical skills.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Complete knowledge of construction drawing standards.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; dynamic and collaborative mindset.
