**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Tirana. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and functionality. Key responsibilities include creating architectural plans, collaborating with project management and software development teams for seamless integration, and overseeing construction to ensure compliance with designs. The Architect will manage deadlines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong creative and technical abilities to develop innovative and functional designs.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and overseeing complex projects within time and resource constraints.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to support the use of design and project management tools effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges during project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in real estate development or large-scale design projects is highly advantageous.
