**Role Description**

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in a full-time role. The Architect will be responsible for design of projects in collaboration with senior architectural managers, involved in all phases from initial concept to final execution, and ensuring integration of sustainable practices. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams, maintaining project timelines, and overseeing the coordination of project requirements and materials.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in architectural design and a strong understanding of foundational architecture principles.
- Advanced experience with architectural softwares for conducting conceptual diagrams, architectural drafting and renderings.
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management and cross-department coordination.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Educational degree in Architecture.
- Familiarity with local architectural regulations is an advantage.
