**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Tirana. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist with customer service inquiries, support financial processes, and contribute to maintaining organized workflows. Responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting team members with various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
