Prime B2B is hiring a B2B Sales Manager with mandatory experience in the travel industry. This role starts part-time and will grow only if results prove you’re the right fit.
This is not an entry-level role and not for people “learning sales.” We’re looking for someone who already understands how travel agencies work and knows how to sell B2B solutions in this space.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven experience in the travel industry (travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, or B2B travel platforms)
• B2B sales experience with a track record of closing or managing partners
• Strong understanding of travel products and agency pain points
• Professional level English communication
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
If you don’t have travel industry experience, this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and onboard new travel agency partners
• Present and sell Prime B2B’s platform and services
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demo, follow-up, closing
• Build long-term B2B relationships
• Work directly with the founders on sales strategy and market positioning
• Deliver measurable results
Work Setup
• Part-time role to start
