Backend Engineer (Node / Go / .NET / Python)

**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Engineer located in Tirana, Albania. The Backend Engineer will develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using technologies such as Node.js, Go, .NET, or Python. Responsibilities include designing and implementing APIs, ensuring scalability and security, collaborating with front-end developers, and diagnosing production issues. The role also involves adhering to best practices in software development and ensuring code quality standards are maintained.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with knowledge of languages such as Node.js, Go, .NET, or Python
- Strong understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Familiarity with Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with other teams
- Proficiency in general Programming concepts and techniques
- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of database management, both relational and non-relational systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
