Bartender

**Position Summary:**
The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in line with the luxury standards of a 5-star Accor hotel. This role ensures high-quality drink preparation, excellent guest service, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Ensure proper setup of the bar, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Process guest orders accurately and handle payments when required.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed.

**Requirements**

- Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
