**Role Description**

This is a full-time, seasonal on-site role located in Vlorë for a Bellperson at Green Coast Hotel - MGallery Collection. As a Bellperson, you will assist guests with luggage handling, provide warm welcomes and departures, and ensure smooth transitions during check-ins and check-outs. You will also deliver exceptional customer service, assist guests with inquiries about the hotel and its surroundings, and ensure a seamless guest experience by collaborating with reception and other hotel staff.


**Qualifications**


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in receptionist duties and familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous.
- Ability to assist guests efficiently with luggage handling and related services.
- Eager to participate in on-the-job training and learn new skills to enhance job performance.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
