**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bellboy at La Brisa Boutique Hotel, located in Dhërmi, Albania. The Bellboy will assist guests with their luggage, provide them with information about the hotel and local attractions, and ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out process. Other responsibilities include delivering guest service requests, assisting with parking, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Collaboration with the reception and customer service teams will be a key part of the role, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

**Qualifications**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in providing a welcoming and supportive environment for guests
- Experience in receptionist duties, such as assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Ability to assist guests with luggage handling and perform related tasks efficiently
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to hotel service standards
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of the Dhërmi area and local attractions is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
