Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Tirana for a Booking Agent – Group Hotel & Accommodations. The role involves managing group hotel accommodation bookings, confirming availability, coordinating with hotels and clients, processing reservations, and negotiating rates. The Booking Agent ensures accurate bookings, timely confirmations, and smooth accommodation arrangements in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using booking systems
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address client needs promptly and professionally
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in a travel agency or booking-related role is preferred
