**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a
**Booking Agent – Group Hotel Reservations**
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling hotel reservations for tourist groups, processing booking requests received internally from the Key Account and Operations teams, and ensuring accurate follow-up of booking procedures.

The role focuses on the operational management of reservations, including confirming bookings, monitoring deadlines, reviewing cancellation and payment policies, updating reservation records, and coordinating with hotels regarding reservation details and availability.

This position is strictly operational and does not involve direct client communication, commercial negotiations, or contracting responsibilities.

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience in hotel reservations, tourism operations, or booking coordination is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and reservation platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow operational procedures accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation-related software
- Knowledge of English is required; additional foreign languages are considered an advantage
