**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Tirana. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for strategizing and implementing effective marketing plans, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth and creating communication strategies to enhance brand awareness. Additional duties will include tracking campaign performance and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

**Responsibilities**

- Assists in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various media platforms.
- Assists in producing compelling content to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Hilton Garden Inn brand guidelines
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and special projects.
- Analyze data to provide insights for refining marketing strategies
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media, online advertising and email marketing.
- Evaluate, lead reports and marketing plans to measure campaign effectiveness and provide data driven recommendations.
- Liaise with external organization and suppliers for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Support the team in organizing and executing events and marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategies and understand customer needs
- Strong Communication skills to craft effective messaging and interact with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to promote hotel services and generate leads
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
