**Junior Evaluation Quality Manager**
to join our team in Tirana.

If you are detail-oriented, analytical and eager to grow within an international company — this role is for you!

**What you'll do:**

- Monitor and optimize the vehicle return process
- Review and validate cases for accuracy and policy compliance
- Identify operational blockers and collaborate with local teams on solutions
- Follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions
- Prepare weekly reports and maintain reporting documents

**What we're looking for:**

- Background in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable
- SQL knowledge is a plus
