**Brand Manager/Campari Group**
**Position purpose**
**Brand Manager (BM) is responsible to use customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand to support healthy grow of the brand and achieve turnover**
OCC (Operating Company Contribution),
volumes and distribution goals of Eurolab. She/he works based on the guidelines of the line manager (Category Manager), brand owners (Eurolab suppliers) and company strategy. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events.
At same time, BM is responsible to ensure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
He/She
works to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers; planning ways to promote and change the public perception of respective brands.
***Position description.***
**BM reports to the Category Manager and is responsible to accomplish but not limited following tasks:**
**1. Achievement of objectives**
. BM is responsible to support the achievement of the two key company objectives for the assigned brands: the quantitative objectives (volumes / revenues) and the image of the assigned brands. To achieve this, BM ensures to get the maximum efficiency from investments/activities in cooperation with sales and marketing/TM.
**2.**
**Research & market analysis**
. BM is responsible to get detailed knowledge of the company's markets for the assigned brands: P&L, sales, distribution, channels, market segmentation, regions, competitors, customer requirements/needs, and analyses them to respond on time with activities and support planning / execution of relevant campaigns by colleagues responsible for marketing/sales, which help to increase the image and sales of the assigned brands in the relevant markets. BM performs field visits on a quarterly basis.

**Annual planning**
. BM helps CM preparing the annual strategy and planning for the assigned brand for all EIG markets in cooperation with the respective managers of the company (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, operation). Strategies and plans are prepared based on the guidance of the CM and suppliers’ requirements not later than December of each year. BM ensures strategies/plans are communicated to the relevant departments and are understood.
**4.**
**Supporting marketing campaigns**
. BM coordinates the process of the preparation of activities to implement the strategy and annual plans approved. The BM is responsible to control implementation of marketing campaigns / activities for assigned brand and directs her/his team to follow the field activities / campaigns to achieve their maximum efficiency and improve them when necessary.
BM analyses the success of marketing campaigns (KPI achievement, ROI) no later than 30 days after the activity, proposes improvements for future activities. The findings and proposals are presented to the relevant colleagues.
**5.**
**Brand budget**
. BM
is
fully
accountable
for planning, managing and respecting the assigned budget, as per company procedures. S/He has to produce and keep up to date a detailed monthly budget report no later than the 10
th
of each month.
**6**
.
**Brand image.**
BM in coordination with CM, prepares and delivers to sales and marketing the guidelines as well as the story telling for the assigned brands. S/He ensures the POSM is prepared based on the brand guidelines and control its implementation.
**7.**
**Reports**
are prepared according to the agreement and needs of Eurolab and the respective suppliers together with the analysis. Reports are delivered within the agreed deadlines to people agreed with CM.

**Other**
tasks and activities as per procedure P.8.3 Brand Development & Marketing, within the frame of the law and Eurolab Internal Rulebook.
