Brand Manager

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Plan and implement BTL marketing activities (in-store branding and outdoor branding).
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify monthly needs and ensure effective collaboration with external suppliers (including offer comparison and quality evaluation).
- Organize various events (internal and external), including creative marketing activities and integrated campaigns with digital channels.
- Manage requests for branding and promotional materials in cooperation with other departments.
- Develop promotional plans in line with purchasing priorities and seasonal demands.
- Prepare monthly brochures for featured products, working closely with the team and internal stakeholders.
- Provide support to other members of the marketing team as needed.

**Required Qualifications and Skills:**

- University degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
- Experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years of experience preferred);
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office; design knowledge is considered an advantage.
