**Brand Manager**
**Location: Eastern Europe**
**Key Responsibilities**

- Promotion and support of brands from the company's portfolio
- Analysis of the market, competitors, search for growth points to develop a brand growth strategy
- Work with assortment matrix and sales channels
- Launch of new products
- Participation in industry exhibitions (B2B, B2C)
- Creating presentation and POS materials
- Management of trade-marketing activities and loyalty programs
- Oversee and set budgeting, KPIs and sales plan
- Organization and monitor event progress and results using data analysis and user feedback
- Connect with the local market and monitor industry/competitor trends in order to optimize product
- Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of marketing, operations and strategies
- Regions of responsibility Eastern Europe

**Hard Skills**

- Experience in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office, Adobe
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role leading a business unit
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, but not mandatory
- Negotiation skills
- University degree (preferably Economics or Marketing)
- Experience in managing a product group: knowledge of analyzing methods, forecasting sales and market pricing

**Soft Skills**

- Fluency in English is a must

- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Adapt easily and rapidly to any changes and to be at ease to work in a dynamic and complex environment
