Business Analyst

We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our tech team and act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to ensure successful delivery of digital products and solutions.
**Responsibilities**

- Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear **functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria**
- Collaborate closely with **Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders**
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement activities
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs
- Assist during testing and UAT to validate delivered functionality
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes
- Maintain clear and well-structured documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

### Requirements

- 3+ years of proven experience as a **Business Analyst** in a tech or digital environment

- Strong understanding of **software development lifecycle (SDLC)**
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** teams
- Ability to write clear and structured documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience with tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Excel** (SQL or BI tools are a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

**Nice to Have**

- Experience in **SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce**
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system integrations)
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
