We are seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence Manager to join our Business Analytics team, with a dedicated focus on supporting the Ad Performance department. Based in Albania and working directly with our international HQ team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our ad performance operations and strengthening our data infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to enable impactful, data-driven operations by supporting process automation, tool development, and data integration in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


**Deine Fähigkeiten**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and tool development.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
- Experience with Google Apps Script for automating workflows and integrating with Google Workspace.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, international team.
- English proficiency at a professional level, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and data fetching from various sources is preferred.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a strong advantage.

**Main Tasks:**

- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support ad performance analytics.
- Automate manual processes, enabling teams to focus on high-value activities.
- Develop and implement tools and dashboards to support operational processes and decision-making.
- Integrate with various APIs to streamline data fetching and consolidation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all platform

**Unser Angebot**
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania,Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
